To uninstall many junk apps preloaded by Samsung:
- Download, install, and launch the Minimal ADB and Fast Boot tool on your PC.
- Download, install, and launch the App Inspector app on the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings and tap on About Phone. Find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable Developer Options.
- Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
- Connect the phone to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
- Change to "file transfer (MTP)" mode at the phone.
- You will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.
- Enter the command "adb devices" (no ") at the command prompt (PC screen).
- Enter the command "adb shell" if you see the serial number of the phone displayed. If not, then remove/reconnect the USB cable, grant connection, and retype the "adb devices" command.
- Enter pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package> for the app that you want to uninstall as displayed in App Inspector.
For Example, to remove youtube: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.youtube
To restore youtube: cmd package install-existing com.google.android.youtube

Deal was better under Sprint - iPhone 12 free w/trade of iPhone8 or higher... upgraded 3 lines yesterday!
Hopefully costco would give the cash deal. I hate the 24 months bill credit. Anybody know if my iPhone 11 has couple months to go, it would lose the bill credit if I pay it off early

I ordered two phones with the past deal to upgrade from 11. One of them is already in use and will end up with a $70 restocking fee. The other unopened one can be apparently returned without any charges.

There is a Boost Mobile used iPhone 8 available for $150. Very tempting if I should cancel this upgrade and spend to get a 8 to return and keep the 11 as a backup.
Ordering /receiving boost mobile will not make it in time for the trade

Yeah, I traded in an iPhone 7 for $415 trade-in value on last deal. Now it looks like I could get $530 trade-in value for the iPhone 7 with this new deal. Question -- From the last deal, I've received the new iPhone 12, but haven't opened the box yet nor sent in the old iPhone 7. What are the chances I could cancel the old deal and/or get T-Mobile to change the promotion code to the new one?
As long as phone isn't opened, there isn't a restocking fee ($70). You can cancel this and return in-store, if within 14-days and get on this new deal.

On the A32, Has anyone tried taking a screenshot by pressing Vol/Down and Power keys at the same time? Mine doesn't take a screenshot. I researched and found you can turn on a palm swipe in Advanced Features but that option is missing from my A32. Could it be that when I used the Samsung phone copy app, Smart Switch that it copied something from my REVVLRY+ that is blocking it?
I used copy Samsung phone copy app (of my s21 SE) and I was just able to take a screenshot that way.

you have to allow permission of samsung capture to access your media or something since it is so fast disappeared after I clicked yes when I pressed to hold both of these buttons the first time

How long will Assurant take to process the trade-in once they received the trade-in phone?
I have the same question. The tracking said it already delivered on 04/30 but today (05/07) 1 week later, I just got the email to remind to return the trade in phone.

I am in the same boat as you. I got 2 phones delivered to them on 4/29. One got processed and the other did not. Did not get updated either

They rejected mine for liquid damage (was in good working condition - powered on and worked and made calls) and MEID not matching the IMEI format, even though the rep specifically notated that the MEID shouldn't be a problem when ordering. For future MEID phones, go through T-Mobile Store - its worth it. Now in the process of returning my A32.

Would be nice to get clarity on the restocking fee.

Saw some info from a couple years ago that said if the phone was purchased in the store it would have the $70 restocking fee.

However online orders would not.

I finally got it to work by quickly pressing both buttons like a previous person suggested!

Yes, I was able to take a screenshot by pressing Vol/Down and Power keys simultaneously. It took a few tries though, and what finally worked was pressing both buttons at the same time and quickly releasing (don't hold them down).

dang! wow ty. i thought 415 was great as resell is quite low

do you know if i would get penalized if i purchased the iphone 12 over 24 months and chose another trade in special. are those two required to happen or one is independent of another

edit - i see that the 530 trade in value requires 2x actions to take place

great deal for iphone 7 people
