Hot Shine smells like cherries and doesn't seem prone to sling off and get on my paint or wheel wells. I'm not sure its stainproof, but it doesn't drip so its less likely to.
I've noticed some tire dressings make whitish stains on concrete that don't ever go away. Strange that it washes right off your tires though.
I guess the dressing that doesn't soak in the tire is more likely to sling on the car, but that's the kind I'm looking for. I only apply it if I'm not planning on driving for the rest of day. But I guess I'd rather have some splatters than some that really doesn't do anything, like the Black Magic and Turtle Wax I've recently tried.
