Dear SD, if you are sincere in giving back, please make the process simple and transparent. It is not so much about the dollar amount. For us, a $3 item selling for $1.50 is a deal. You have offered $3 off $3 and it should be a great deal. The reason I did not even think of availing this is a) past experience and b) process to get back the savings. Even if I trust that SD has changed and is going to honor the cashback, look at the complicated process you have put in place in today's digital world !

could not get this to work yesterday. coupon showed up on the extension, activated it. made sure everything was right. made a $65 purchase and nothing in the account.

FYI, what a SD purchase rebate looks like. Very simple process, although I'm not in love with the mode being a browser extension. But if their percentage back keeps beating R-ten, I'll switch over.

Installed extension like a pathetic loser, made sure nothing was being blocked, spent $21, got nothing, 10 mins wasted, removed extension.

Giving credit where credit is due this time. As Rock_the_Cashbaugh promised my 300 points payout appeared today (after 30 days). If this was not solely due to Rock doing nudging behind the scenes this does appear to work better than the hassle filled follow-ups required with Apexcashlack.

Still, the 1000 point minimum redemption seems more like a customer retention teaser marketing ploy and and a tactic the competition does not utilize. The Slickdeals "Great News! You can now redeem your [300] points!" email isn't actually accurate.
