This will look better, but a projector can get HUGE. I like gaming on the projector as it is more immersive and HDR gaming isn't a huge thing yet.

Movies in HDR kick butt, but not always better than regular. OLED is great for black and dark scenes which will stand out on the TV.

Sports are a no Brainer, bigger screen is better. Not enough detail to take advantage of the better picture from the TV, but the size difference is noticeable. One thing to note is viewing distance and angles. Projector can get so big you have to move your head a lot if you sit too close.
