What's the deal? Ordered 7 knifes on 5/7 for $32.08 and didn't get a confirmation email. Then got a pending charge last week for $29.xx that fell off after a couple days. Ain't heard nothing since. Order status just says being processed.

I called them today, I'd placed an order for 8 total knives, got the one on 5/15. The customer service rep told me three more shipped today and they couldn't cancel those, but the other four were out of stock so they would cancel those. Sounds to be a rather disorganized show they got running and I guess the SD effect got them messed up even worse. She said you only get charged when they ship, so if you've been charged then you're likely going to receive... something you ordered probably not all it sounds like

yeah mines still "in process".. but I also paid with privacy dot com card... so I could just pause it. They put an initial hold but it just fell off without a charge.

Just 2c and a datapoint: Got only one knife (the most expensive in my order) from the order yesterday, pending charge for the whole order dropped a few days ago and the day before delivery the card was charged for one knife.
Online account shows: Being Processed, Shipping Status: Not Shipped.

p.s. Am I right that all coupons are expired? Knife is kind of a toy (as many already pointed here), but looks nice for ppl who have a fetish on Smith&Wesson.

Ordered 10 knives. 7 arrived yesterday with the remainder in transit now. The charge for the full order dropped off of pending and a new charge for the price of 1 knife is now in pending.

Ordered on the 7th, finally got some shipping confirmation today but it doesn't make clear which of the 3 knives has shipped. It's only reporting as .4 lbs so I assume not all of them.

Opened mine and tried cutting a few things, and they are as bad as people say. Especially hilarious is the stilleto, which has flipper tabs been allows for no where near enough tension to flip it even halfway
