Put a little baby shampoo on the inside of swim or snorkel goggles, just a little enough to get a thin film. Rinse it out. Then put the googles on, no fog whatsoever and it lasts the whole time you wear it.
I swim 3-4 nights a week and this hack changed my life. No spit, leaves clean smell, and dirt cheap compared to antifog spray.

Yep, learned whilst scuba diving in Hawaii a few years back. It does work. Now I take baby shampoo on any trip involving swimming and goggles.
Reemphasizing "just a thin film" though. Otherwise you get to fight with bubbles in your eyes when water gets in your mask. Tear free bubbles, but it's a really weird and distracting feeling having bubbles in your eyes while you're trying to see underwater.
Also might get downvoted for animal cruelty, but I swear by washing my dogs with this stuff. People pet them and ask how I got them so soft. If it's good enough for human babies, it's good enough for the fur babies.

Who's with me?
P.S. I concur that this works great for swim goggles and what a great price!
