More sponsored crap!
The same mentality can be used for so many products. I bet after trying to bend the metal yourself and dipping it into plastic yourself that you would rather spend $20.

i had a problem with these type of hooks, the rubber keeps slipping

Dip your tip in glue before putting the rubber on to keep it from sliding off. This advice also pertains to these hooks lol

Quote from Edxzxz :
meh, I screwed a scrap 2 by 4 into the wall of the garage, pounded a dozen or so giant nails I had laying around into it, drilled holes into the ends of the handles of the shovels / rakes etc. that didn't already have holes in them, tied a small loop of rope in each one, and now all my tools hang on the wall out of the way, I bought nothing and spent nothing.
Also, to join in on the fun of bashing the ridiculous pictures the seller is showing for these hooks - what got me is including a picture of a hand held screwdriver, along with a set of 12 hooks that each have 4 screw holes - as if anybody with sense would be installing these things like that. I am far too lazy to hand turn that many screws, especially if it's into solid wood or masonry.

Hey buddy it did cost you something... your time and materials. Most people think about how much their time is worth and would usually spend a few bucks for something that looks and functions well with little effort installing.
