As an Allbirds owner, these shoes feel and fit nothing like Allbirds. Cushioning is this memory foam type feel and not wool. Then again, these are $7 and are good for yard work with thick socks on.

I just got some allbirds the other day and they kind of look the same lol.
BTW, the slipperiness indoors is only when they are brand new. After walking with them outside for a few minutes, traction is fine everywhere, including slick floors indoors.
Doubt they'll prove to be especially durable, but no complaints for $7.
