I got the same error when using the code NAPATEXT, but then I added $24 of other items and it discounted the $20. So it looks like if you add at least $20 of qualifying items, and get over the $50 threshold for the order total, it works around that issue. You essentially get $20 of free stuff. I hope that makes sense.
I find it comical that a stubby wrench goes up to 19mm. Good luck getting enough leverage to brake that bolt/nut.
The only real use I have found for the stubby 19mm is a bolt in a tight location that you want to get started, tighten it up and then finalize it with leverage. Some type places where you only get a few clicks with the ratchet let you finalize the torque down but get it mostly tight with this little guy. That's about the only use I have came across. Same for removing in tight locations

Change store, some are affiliate stores and those never have the discount..... too bad you can't tell from search feature so change and it should update.

I found a store that is almost 120mi away, so I checked out using ship to me. Hopefully that works.

I have had the same set for over 10 years. I use it on a regular basis. Best part is that it doesn't skip a size. Great for access to small areas.

Wish flex head ones would go on sale. But until then... panic buy what's available.

Well...7 piece flex head is kind of on sale at $70. But at that price might as well but the Lowe's 10 piece set with a 10%-20% coupon for the same price per wrench.
It is on sale here for $69.50. https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/APA9550

Is the flex head worth it in this size? 🤔
