7qt dutch oven is 30x the size of this one, so using that ratio it's more like a dutch oven for flying squirrels, or anything that is 2-3kg on this list (choose your own adventure!): https://thewebsiteofeverything.co...eight.html

To put into context how small this pot is. A standard adult size Campbell's Chunky Class or Traditional Progresso canned soup is 19 ounces. Even the Campbell's Condensed chicken noodle soup is nearly 11 ounces. What exactly are you cooking with is baby pot?

We received a free set of their flower cocotte. We've yet to find a use for 'em but they were only 2.3 oz each. This is slightly larger.

That said, it's hard to justify the cost considering these would probably just be single serve dishes that a set of cheap ramekins can take on.

BUT for the kitchen diehard who already has a set of pots from Le Creuset, this could make for a very, very cute salt/herb container.

I don't think I can justify spending $20 on an 8 oz serving size especially after landing a 6 qt stockpot for $32 on a stockpot that I use regularly. If anyone is in the market for these use code lecreusetlove for free shipping.

In case you were thinking you're getting a "typical" Le Creuset be aware that you're basically getting a glazed stoneware ramekin with a lid, and not the enameled cast-iron that LC is more famously known for.

I've seen people make custards in these. As well as individual mac and cheese sides.
