16ga is fine except if you are running long runs of wire. Then 14 ga should work for most. The thicker, the more expensive but larger gauge ain't gonna hurt.

The website shows $377. Do not know about the shipping and handling, but I believe customers still need to pay tax. So $377 is not the delivered price!!!!
Also, Adorama has it on sale for @$355 if you call in to order.

Adorama quoted me 355 + 22 tax = 377 so maybe that's the difference? Anyway I was hoping this would stack with their 25% sale to bring these under 300 but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Surprised only 16lbs /each. I would've thought heavier based off dimensions. Interestingly weight and dimensions almost identical to Infinity Reference 162, a very diff speaker.

Cut the ends off extension cords. Cheapest speaker wire. You'll never notice the difference.
