Spatula has holes, which isn't what I'd go for in a single spatula.
Sheet pan is very limiting. Looks like it's only oven safe to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. That's not what you want for much beyond cookies. Meats and vegetables are generally roasted higher than that. I'd recommend an aluminum sheet pan and parchment paper. A really good aluminum pan is around $10.
The spoon seems fine.
So this is more an okay price for a pan and some very limiting other stuff. If ignore the other stuff, and see a middling deal on an okay pan, and pass unless that pan was exactly what I wanted.
This guide [nytimes.com] has a lot of good info including a better, cheaper nonstick pan.
And don't stick your nonstick pan in the dishwasher. Just say no. The whole point is that it's easy to clean. Clean it.
Notice that the pot surface is not flat - the ridges are there to create a nonstick separation layer physically (and it's been working like magic for me). Don't buy it if you want a smooth pot.

I've been trying to get my defective pot replaced for over 7 months now. Calphalon has serious quality control issues.
