I tried 24 and 48 hours but nothing. I tried again today and it's working now. Second time this worked on the same card (Blue) but on different another Amazon account this time. Last time was before Christmas. 50%

So pissed.. I never qualify for these. Even delinked my card , waited for 48 hours, and relinked again waited 48 hours. Still don't qualify.
