Decibulz uses a material that you have to boil then custom fit to your ear. But it's a collar to a regular tip. Whereas the UE Fits come with tips that are malleable and you cure them using the app that activates UV light and heat. once they are cured, they are custom fit for ever. IF you leave Decibulz in a hot car they will melt.

Thanks - yeah I sort of like the easy way of molding the UE vs the boil, cool, insert, wait, etc for Decibullz. But audio wise, are the UE's worth the money?

Can you use one by itself - ie just use the right one?

Been using Triple.Fis for years and they finally broke and ended up getting these and the Westone 4 for corded set. I'm happy with these and generally use my headphones just for listening and not for calls. Compared to the airpods pro and Pixel Buds 2 I think the sound quality on the UE is much more realistic but it doesn't have the fancy premium solid feeling case and wireless charging. Call quality won't compete with apple or Google due to less mics and advanced tech in that department. Sound quality is where the UEs shine and they are extremely comfortable. Well worth the $175 price point IMO.
