As a guy that grew up on lego, then never touched one for 20 years, this was a pretty awesome set. I probably put 30 or so hours in it and I was sore as hell after, but it was a fulfilling challenge. The rear spoiler and doors are all controlled with mechanical buttons/levers, it steers of course, the transmission is "working" and was interesting to play with while building - the gearshifter works to control it. Pistons/driveshaft are all there. Working differentials and hood opens. Engine cover can also be removed fairly easily. There's a lot of good detail in this thing and in my opinion, it's the ultimate set from lego technic. There's a larger crane or something like that out there, but not nearly as badass as a lambo! Oh yeah, the thing is huge once built. It's size makes it a bit awkward to find a place to display, but I don't regret the buy.

I did a SD search for "Lamborghini" and this set came up with multiple deal threads. This appears to be the lowest this set has gone, but this is not a new low either.

You can read reviews for anything online. Everyone's experience is different. My orders from Zavvi have always been fine.

I can't speak to the other reviews and wouldn't fault anyone for not purchasing but I had a good experience and would buy from them again. I also promise that I'm not a bot. (But that is probably something a bot would say Smilie )

First time Zavvi customer here. I ordered the Sian when the sale started and I finally received my item today (27 days). I haven't started the build yet but everything appears to be there. Shipping box seems a bit thicker and sturdier than most and survived the trip unscathed. I'd definitely consider buying from Zavvi again.
