These beds are a weird poly material that cats can chew off, and they fall apart after a few weeks, but my cat loves them.

I one time left a towel in a box, my cat now sleeps in that. It was basically free, your cats don't need a bed they need a box with a towel in it lol.

I got a six dollar bed at Petsmart a few months back and my cat loves it. Put the bed in a warm spot and your cat will love it. And if you want to do the box with towel as described above, just put it in a warm spot (sunshine is the best) and your cat will likely use it a lot.

Last time these were on sale I ordered a bunch to take to our local shelter. The quality of these things are terrible. We were too ashamed to donate them. We let our 2 cats lay in them. None of them lasted longer than a few weeks. It looks like they are made from quilt batting or something. I do not recommend these.
