Best Buy has MK 11 Ultimate for $29.99 on PS4.
The PS5 version has been at this price in the past, but not the PS4 version that also includes a PS5 upgrade. The PS4 version comes with 2 discs, one for the game, and one for the dlc. The PS5 version has a voucher for the DLC.

I'm a little confused on the "ps4 upgrade to ps5" version
If I buy the ps5 version, will I not have access to the PS4 version? I have both consoles, so which one should I choose? Does it matter? Thanks in advance.

You get both versions. You just need to download the version for the system you have PS4 or PS5. Both versions are in the same download. You just select PS5 and download that version. From the PSN page:
"If you already own the PS4™ version of this game, you can get the PS5™ digital version at no extra cost and you do not need to purchase this product. Owners of a PS4™ disc copy must insert it into the PS5™ every time they want to download or play the PS5™ digital version. PS4™ game disc owners who buy the PS5™ Digital Edition disc-free console will not be able to get the PS5™ version at no extra cost"
I've always been hesitant to go digital with this one because it takes up 130gb. What's the install size for the disc version?
