FYI, if you go to contact us, they removed the form from the page LOL. I have a feeling people have been filling out forms about this. I hope they are having some meetings about what to do about this.

MyProtein is no longer on my go to list for canceling an unflavored basic whey order after weeks of telling me there was a delay. Screw 'em. Never again. What's the point? They wasted my time. Their greedy bean counters probably told them to pull the rug out from thousands of customers to save a few bucks rather than honor the sales promotion. A'Holes. Mad

They cancelled my order after two weeks, despite both of my flavors showing in stock. Nothing like lacking protein for your workouts, waiting, cancelled without an explanation, and missing out on other promotions in the meantime. This company is a joke.

I have been chatting with support and they are telling me that my order is showing as "sorting for dispatch" even though I have an email telling me my order was canceled, and my order status in my account says canceled. However, they tell me it'll ship in the next 24-48 hours.

CC has a "Pending Return", so it hasn't actually been credited yet. Figure I'll give them a couple more days and contact them again.

I paid with paypal so it was instant. I told customer service I would gladly send them the money back if they ship my protein. They have not gotten back, but I would imagine they are super busy because of the nonsense they pulled yesterday lol.

They got back to me to say it was canceled due to a "discount error." That's BS, they kept my money for weeks, repeatedly emailed to say the shipping was delayed, and now give a reason that should have caused a cancellation within days.
