How in the world is BK not crazy busy. It's half the price of the other fast food places.
For some reason, the BKs around here take 10+ minutes to make your order. The employees are genuinely unhappy about their job and don't try to hide it.

It's a great deal but because of the wait times, I can see why people are less likely to frequent a BK
I drive clear across town quite often just for BK, since feeding a family is more suitable at this location.

Chicken nuggets are highway robbery at any other location. At BK, you add it during the checkout for $1.50 for 10. The same thing would cost me over $4 or $5.

Because BK "chicken" uses fillers. Its the lowest grade meat you can find. SImilar to subways sandwich.

So how much for the Quadruple Whopper and Quintuple Whopper?
Lifehack:

1. If you buy the Triple and Single or 2 Doubles
2. toss 1 set of buns,
3. Arrange the meat paddies together inside a set of bun
4. You get a Quadruple Whopper!

Alternatively:
Triple + Triple = Sextuple Whopper for $6
Triple + Double = Quintruple Whopper for $5

I love the food, but their business practices stink.

Limit of one coupon per order, Hardy's lets you have 2 per coupon and multiple coupons

Last year, I bought a $12.99 dinner with a coupon and their Wednesday 2 for $5 Whopper deal. It didn't go through. They called over a manager who told me that you can't mix a coupon and an advertised deal.

Of course, I had a gift card (hate em) and tried to use the remaining $7 and change. It wouldn't scan. Another 10 minutes, they finally found out how to look it up.

A few months ago, I went to order, kitchen was closed. This was after being closed most of last year for remodeling. I only go because my sister gets me a gift card every year. I asked her not to get me anything this year nod

Too much aggravation, so I just go to Hardy's

Before the Wuhan flu hit I was a semi-regular at CFila. I don't do drive thrues so I haven't been back. They were a new outfit and the place was kept very clean (by a pair of sisters who seemed genuinely interested in being helpful and doing a good job) even tho very busy and the staff was great--helpful and efficient. I look forward to their reopening inside service.

BUT BK-s here are in bad locations(dangerous and hard to access), filthy and the food is slapped together any old way. What I call a declining franchise.

I've also discovered a pair of Euro. delis owned as a semi-connected family group(?) offering a breaded fried chicken breast (I bring it home and add my own roll and condiments--like CFilA sauce!) for $2 among their menu that I can go into and not have to deal with drive-thru and get other stuff too. Hopefully, they will be successful.

BK is the only fast food joint with worse service than McDonalds in my area.

So over the past week or two, BK has added surcharges for extra: lettuce, pickle, onion.

Previously, all had been free, with only extra tomato with a surcharge.
It depends on the store around me. I like mustard and extra onions on my Whopper and I only buy from stores that don't charge extra.

Item prices can vary, too. Like the tacos that are supposed to be a dollar each are $1.19 or even $1.39 around me. The same stores that don't add extra for onions still charge a dollar for tacos.
