It's new and it's not uncommon for Lenovo eBay store offer some short lived deals with a good amount lesser than what available in their website. And it's not really 40% less from the Website. There are coupons available which can bring down the price. Last time when I checked, this model in Lenovo site was around $1650.

Full Spec can be found here of this model from Lenovo Official Store: https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/lapt...20VXS02800

Full Platform Spec: https://psref.lenovo.com/Product/...en_2_Intel

Quadro T500 is a Workstation version of MX450 and this is full 25W version.

Lisa from Mobiletechreview has reviewed this Laptop. Review link below:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2...rsao&t=41s

The display is one of the main highlights of this model.
It is actually brighter than 500 nits and measured at 541 nits
Color Gamut coverage: 100% sRGB, 88% Adobe RGB, 99% DCI-P3

Quadro T500 is basically the workstation version of Nvidia MX450 Graphics, with PCIe Gen 4 and full 25W TDP. As per benchmarks, it can be up to 20% faster than Nvidia GTX 1050 Mobile Version (Full Power) and certified for Professional applications.

I have the AMD version (Gen 1) and it is a great machine. Took a little bit of work to open it, but once I removed the screws and the tabs that hold the bottom cover on, I was easily able to replace the HDD and add memory.

IR camera is great - no having to deal with Windows passwords anymore, although it doesn't always pass me if I take my glasses off.

What Quadro buys you is ISV Certification. Lenovo tests the video card/CPU combos to make sure they work with your workstation - see this link for details.

Thanks. How is battery life with 4K, 500 nits screen? Is the battery easily replaceable? Looking for a laptop for a college student that needs to last at least 4 years.

Very persuasive. We need more claims without reasons.

If I recall correctly, there was a review of the P14s Gen2 also with the 4k screen and it got about 3-4 hours with a battery test running office work. Even though you can probably last a bit longer with some tweaks, I would pass if you are a college student or anyone who needs a long/decent battery life.
