Thanks OP. These only go on sale once every 2 months and this type of discount vs a gift card is pretty rare.

They recently did start adding ads into games [oculus.com], so that is something to keep in mind.

Thanks OP. These only go on sale once every 2 months and this type of discount vs a gift card is pretty rare.

Great price! I have the 256gb but the 64gb model is more than enough for any gaming (quest downloads or streaming through PC VR)

target gift cards are 5% off today also, so save another $12.50 there.

check your app for circle rewards too - some have a free $20 or $30 gift card after 2 or 3 purchases of $50 or more (varies from account to account what your offer will be)

If you don't have a RedCard, there is a 5% off gift cards offer in Target Circle. Ended up being $255 for me after tax. Looks like lots of stores have the Oculus in stock for pick-up too.

Natively they don't interact at all. But if you already have that set up, you can sync coordinate systems and combine it all inside of SteamVR. There are a few third-party programs that allow that. If you don't already have that setup, there are some camera and kinect based ways to get faked in tracking as well

Yes, they require a valid Facebook account in good standing to even start up (It's stated pretty clearly on the box). If you're anti-Facebook I would definitely go a different route. Even making a dummy Facebook account is tenuous at best because they have waves of purging questionable accounts and support appears to be pretty hard line on not giving back any purchases made on a dummy account

It has 3 built in IPV points. The lenses slide horizontally in the housing. I have one and it's terrific resolution vs PSVR. love the workout apps particularly

This is a great price. I paid $250 for a second hand one off FB Marketplace only 2 months ago. There are a lot of great games and experiences , many of which are free or under $20. Workout apps are plentiful also. I use Supernatural 2 to 3 times a week and it's a crazy cardio workout.

A number of worthy titles being released for the Quest, specifically Sniper Elite VR next month and Resident Evil 4 coming soon. I am really enjoying mine, now is the time to get one.
