USPA6800 and A8 Serenity head to head:

USPA - higher washing pressure
A8 - steel washing head/tip (vs plastic)
A8 - water heats faster
A8 - ~$100 more when on sale
About the same feature wise otherwise

The seat on my 6800 cracked and stopped being a "soft close lid," returned.
The gears on the A8 washing head wore out, so it has problems retracting - returning.

Buying another 6800 to replace it and not really miffed about it at all.
Finally convinced my wife we should get this a few months ago and it's been a very good purchase! The seat warmer and warm water are really good and for us, the water pressure is more than enough to blast our bottoms clean.

The only disadvantage is now I don't like to use bathrooms that don't have bidets. I just feel so... unclean.

It's a fairly easy installation process and set up is basically preset where you can make minor adjustment to fine tune the direction and pressure.
Not sure what's up with the downvotes. In the same position here

This product is absolute junk. I bought two of them from Costco and so far the cover and seats cracked. It is so so delicate and that is really an understatement.

Such a poor poor design. Stay away even if they sell it for $100

I agree. You never realize how unclean you are until you get used to a bidet, then have to use a regular toilet. It feels... disgusting.

I bought this the last time it was on sale from costco. The water pressure on max is fairly low compared to other electric bidets I have had (smart-bidet 2000), but it still does the job OK.

Purchased this more than 1 year ago. My seat is not cracked and my wife and I use it daily. Don't really baby the seat either. Makes me wonder how you all crack your sears so easily.

Water pressure is more than enough. Warm water is a great feature. Warmed seat for me is kinda weird. I feel like I'm sitting on a toilet that was just warmed by some else. The wife loves it. Haha

I really need to install a GFCI next to my toilet so I can buy this damn thing... lol. Kind of a hard job though when my walls are stuffed full of insulation.
If there is a light or fan switch nearby you can change it to a combo switch with gfci, done a few, work great.

This DOES have a water tank. It's not tankless.

Not everyone weighs the same. Or is the same height. If a heavier, taller person sits, they generate more force due to greater acceleration as they squat to the seat than someone that's short.

The installation video is Wrong. The T fitting goes to the toilet seat, Not to the supply valve. I can send pics if you need them.

Bought two - one is replacing a 6800 purchased in 2015, the other is for the kids bathroom so they stop punching each other in the race to get to the "butt washer" first. Yes our lid did crack, but not until 5 years of use and kids who are not particularly gentle with anything. Even with a cracked seat it still works.

Got this one from Costco as well when it was on sale like 3-4 months ago. Never had a bidet before so I can't compare to others but we definitely fell in love with this one. My and my wife are pretty skinny so we don't have an issue with the seat cracking. We both love the seat warmer, will definitely be very useful during the winter. Bidet does have a small tank to hold a bit of water which warms up, water temperature is perfect, can be regulated a bit. Pressure is perfect for us, like that it can be regulated easily with the remote. Also love the blue night light in this thing, at night we don't even need to turn on the light in the bathroom cause the blue night light from the bidet is enough. Definitely recommend.

I've had a round style one for a few years with no issues. I bought an elongated one and it started tripping the GFCI outlet after a few hours but I was able to return no hassles. I really like it but I think I'm gonna switch to a different model and keep this seat for my other bathroom.

I still recommend this one for the price.
