DAILY REWARDS POINT PRIZE: For each "Day" (as defined below) of the Contest Period, up to the first Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) entrants who pass Chipotle twice in a single Game will receive Two Hundred and Fifty (250) Chipotle Rewards points (the "Rewards Point Prize"), which will be added to the winning entrants' Accounts after the end of the Contest Period. The Rewards Points Prize can be redeemed for one (1) side order of chips at Chipotle restaurants, or the Rewards Points Prize can be used to redeem other items in the Chipotle Rewards Exchange. Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize which consists of one standard (1) 2021 Tesla Model 3 (MSRP: $39, 990.00). Sponsor will determine all features of vehicle including but not limited to color of exterior and interior and all other features or upgrades. Winner (or winner's parent or legal guardian, if the winner is a minor) must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner (or winner's parent or legal guardian, if the winner is a minor) is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other fees associated with prize. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Important Note: the Grand Prize may be delivered twelve (12) weeks or more after the Grand Prize winner is verified. Fulfillment times will depend on actual manufacturing and delivery times.
This Contest is not sponsored by, endorsed, by, or otherwise affiliated with Tesla, Inc. or its parent companies. The TESLA trademark is owned by Tesla, Inc. All inquiries about the contest should be directed to Sponsor and not Tesla, Inc.
In addition to the prize, the Contest Entities will provide the verified winner with a single cash payment of up to Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000.00), which is intended to help the winner pay any federal, state, other tax obligations, title, documentation, and registration fees related to the prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment"). Sponsor will deduct sales tax, title and documentation fees, registration fees, and any other fees payable at the time of purchase from the Tax Gross-Up Payment. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $53,990.00
