You can get an estimate using the tool on APC's website: https://www.apc.com/shop/us/en/products/Back-UPS-PRO-BR-1000VA-SineWave-10-Outlets-2-USB-Charging-Ports-AVR-LCD-interface/P-BR1000MS
There are other calculators out there, but this one is a good and easy rough estimate.

VA = Watts for DC current
For AC, it is VA*Power Factor = Watts
Here the PF is estimated at 60%

If anyone cares.. This UPS has pure sine wave. Not simulated or squared.

I couldnt find info on whether it is an online ups or not though, ie does it always use the battery or just when power is lost?

Seems like the best deal I've seen in a while on a pure sine wave UPS that's on the compatibility list for my Synology DS920+, was able to get overnight shipping free too!

Any unapparent reasons why this isn't a hotter deal? Price on Amazon is $180 without the extra surge protector.

almost pulled the trigger, then read the reviews on newegg -

https://www.newegg.com/apc-br1000...6842301698

Same problems listed, high pitch sound coming from APC - dies after a few months, etc
