I got questioned (in a non-friendly way) about why do my kids have so many UA and North Face hoodies, and all I could think to say was you weren't in health care in 2020 so you wouldn't understand hahaha. Maybe just be happy that I'm dressing our co-parented children in clothes that fit them

I dont think the extra % off is based on how deadly ones job is. If it was wouldn't it include sky diver trainers and lion tamers?

Been trying to sign up with id.me for months. Won't take my ID badge because there's no title on it. Won't take my annual employee certification review for unknown reasons. No help from customer service, once a month I get an email saying, "We apologize that it is taking us longer than expected to get to your ticket. Your issue is very important to us and we are working diligently to get caught up and respond in a more timely manner. A Member Support Representative will be reaching out as soon as possible with assistance."

Can't believe these folks are trusted partners of so many legitimate organizations. I don't love my private information being in the hands of a company that can't handle routine customer communication.

I have tried to register myself but are apprehensive on giving my social security number. I tried customer service also to try to upload my identification from my employer. They reached out several WEEKS later! Which only said we apologize and will reach out to you. Again several WEEKS later same email. About 2 1/3 to 3 months tbey reached out to me with no answer asking if the case was resolved. I did not get to the email for TWO days which they responded again stating they are closing the case. What took 3 months almost and gave me 2 days with no answer and then closed it. I called a number they had listed which took some digging but only left a voice mail which has been 3 weeks with no return. I don't understand why you need a ssn especially in this day and age. Other companies just used a current for of identification which actually documents that you are current.
