Thanks, I tried to call mine and all I got was bounced back and forth between different menus and could never get anyone at cs desk to pickup. They must be having phone issues because you could punch a menu item and would take you back to same menu. This was about noon, so someone should have been there.

My status regarding 2021SwitchP7 according to T-Mo is "received". I applied for it on 8/12. It does say promotion date range is 7/16/2021 - 9/30/2021. I'm giving it another week or so before I phone them.

Question, after you open 2 lines, do you need to put the sim cards into the phone you used to open the lines? i used a crap iphone 6 for one of the line i opened, but i have no intent to use that phone for this new line, does it matter in order to receive the 300 Costco card? TIA

Paper told me to file rebate with membership wireless for the costco cash card.
I did that.
current status is pending, will mail on 14th week.

Should I file with tmobile on its rebate website?

I think this rebate is from Costco, not Tmo, you cannot file on TMO website.
