So many comments saying that only ONE $300 rebate comes when you sign up for TWO lines. Is it because people are submitting these rebates wrong or you do in fact get only one rebate even if you sign up for two lines?

I tracked rebate

Costco wireless issued $300 costco cash card on Sept. 9 ,
so the mail actually sent out on Sept. 9 ?

Yes it is actually mailed out on Sept. 9. My most recent submission on June 29 also shows mailed Sept. 9, if you notice online under status it will have the actual Costco gc # written out next to check/cash card you can use this. I generally do not wait for it arrive by mail, simply go to cs, show them the card number from the status page and have them convert it into a physical gc to use instantly. The mailed card will still arrive but with no $$ as they transfer the money from it when they issue the card instore.

They are wrong, you will get two seperate rebate forms to fill out with unique numbers and will also receive both rebates.

Looks like we are all in for fun ride for those who have old plans. All of these phones for trade in require magenta max. Anyone see in future where we can just trade in phone and remain on same plan

Will this work? I was at Costco yesterday and they had the BYOD $300 gift card offer, but sign said it expires 9/16. Associate said it's been going on for awhile and it keeps getting extended.

Here's my scenario / question:

I have 5 lines on my Military One Plan and my phone # is the first line/primary # on the account.

I just bought on Apple's military/veteran website, the iPhone 13 Pro - unlocked version / "connect on your own later". Paid the phone in full.
  • 1st Question: Once I receive the iPhone 13 Pro, can I take it straight to Costco and have them open a new line and activate the iPhone 13 Pro on it. I think they just need an IMEI that hasn't been on T-mobile before.
    2nd Question: After activation of new line; can I take the sim card out and use the iPhone 13 on my primary line? I would then use my backup phone (old android) with the new line/SIM card. I'd keep the new line open until I get the Costco Gift Card.

Disregard: I read a few pages and found my answer. Looks like I can activate a new line with iPhone 13 Pro (unlocked version) and I don't have to use that phone/IMEI on the new line. According to this post: https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=147751786&postcount=94

Does anyone know the following: Can I change out the phone - meaning buy a new phone on the line I did the BYOD port in for - while waiting on the gift card? Looking to upgrade the phone that I did the BYOD on now that the new iPhones dropped.
