T-mobile rebate got denied with reason - Ineligible rate plan or feature

Essentials plan here, 2 phone reps were not helpful, but the screenshot does not say what is qualifying or not. Any suggestions?

tmobile just called me and are denying the SWITCH rebate, saying costco doesn't meet their eligibility (something about it needs to be a different type of plan seller) - I applied for this back in july and forgot about it (couldn't even remember where I got it it from, thought it was at the store...but I just remembered the code was from this forum) - they just called me today.
