I think it's worth $200 for this chair. It has the portability that I was looking for, instead of the other playseat which is full build chair. It can be folded up, with the steering wheel mounted.
If you are in the market for racing driving games, a few things to consider:
1. This set does not have the extension for the gear shift if your wheel set has one. You will need to figure out how to add that on.
2. Many racing games does not support steering wheel full. It means that it does not translate what the steer wheel/pedal well into the game and would cause a lot of underated/oversteer/spin off.
3. If playing on PC, make sure you have the right graphic card to support the game.
For me, I think my setup was good enough to play just a few titles and get something out of it. And I can easily bring it out, after storing, to play just a few games.
One point to share is I cracked my tailbone in this thing the first day I had it. DO NOT UNDO ANY OF THE STRAPS WHILE IN THE SEAT.
I had a velcro strap rubbing so I went to pull it out of the way and it completely collapsed. Completely my fault and not the chairs but it's something I warn new owners about since it took about 7 months for my tailbone to stop hurting.

I have a small bass amplifier mounted just in front of the wheel so I can adjust the volume with ease. I've used both an HDMI audio extractor and optical to analog convertors to get the signal out of the XBox. I can't remember which I'm running now. One worked better on my XBox One X and the other works better on my XBox X that is up there now. It's all packed away right now (the child needs the space for VR gaming) so I don't know which I'm running with the X series. Probably the optical because I bet the HDMI extractor wouldn't pass 4K reliably... I've had that problem on several entertainment setups.
Oh, there is a pair of F-Mod crossover RCA adapters in-line to lower the frequency below what the amp could do. It was passing some low voice tones to the shakers and I didn't like having the Forza anouncer buzzing through my kidneys.
All the wiring is routed through the seat with a few extra velcro straps so that it'll fold up with everything intact.
This is the amp I used:

...and the crossovers. These are 70, and I'd probably go 50 Hz instead. They are 12 dB per octave so not a hard frequency clip... granted, better than 6 dB.
