So i have surface pro 5 and the processor now working only 14% and it's very common issue among core i5 7300u . And I really like the Surface for reading and productivity . So if I buy from Costco then after 3 years a problem like the overheating happens , will they replace my laptop for completely free??

Placed the order yesterday which Costco cancelled overnight. Doesnt let reorder on website anymore. Went in to the store only to find out that its not in stock anywhere and being deleted from inventory. Its in NJ. Is the deal still live in other places?

The deal was dead earlier today, but looks live again right now. Either place the order again or call Costco CS and have them place the order.

No Luck Frown they said the same thing as the store did, no longer in stock and being deleted from the inventory. A friend got the same response at a CA store.

My local Costco has one left in stock but it's $999. Manager indicated they don't price match for the Costco website. Does that sound right? Has anyone had success getting them to price match?
