BJ's has a Samsung Q8DT for $999 75” Floor Model - $999

Check your local BJs for some great prices on floor model TVs. The Fair Lakes location in northern VA had a Samsung Q8DT for $999, 75" which I believe is far lower than open box at Best Buy. Give them a call first and they can help you out!

I walked out with a Sony 75" x75CH for $350. It's definitely not as nice as the Q8 but couldn't pass up the value.

Happy hunting!

warranty starts the day the receipt is printed, so long as the serial number is shown

The major risk is sometimes clearance TVs that were floor units are non-returnable. Also the manufacturer's warranty does not cover minor panel defects; such as, bad grey uniformity, backlight bleed, dead pixels, and burn-in. So definitely do a thorough inspection of the TV before you buy it.

Great deal! But always remember the first rule of SD: never call.

What are the risks of buying a floor unit? What about warranty?

That's a crazy discount. I'm so close to pulling the trigger on the Q8DT from Costco at $2200... but I'm curious if they'll have close out discounts soon since the 2021 models are in. Definitely prefer free shipping since I'd have to rent a truck to load the 75" too...

Costco marked down the 65" Q8DT significantly. However, the 75" Q8DT hasn't dropped that much in price yet. My local Costco is overstocked with 30+ 75" Q8DT; so I do expect them to drop the price significantly soon. Especially, since they have to make room for the newer 75" QN85DA TVs.

That's my hope, but the last time I waited, I missed the $2100 price point and it jumped to $2700 😂

Hopefully they'll have it discounted online too so I can get some free shipping
