Just a heads up, I got the heather gray last time around, and it shrunk after a couple washes. That being said, I am going to give the 100% cotton solids a shot. Thanks OP

Based on the Amazon description, "Thick and hefty fabric", these might be pretty heavy weight. Maybe try the Hanes long sleeve shirts for lighter weight if you need undershirts.

Same I bought short sleeve medium which fit perfect, washed a couple times. It wearable but very fitted and slim, a bit uncomfortable

"Not sure how these shirts garnered all the great reviews, but that has NOT been my experience with these shirts. I purchased 4 if them based solely on the reviews, but all 4 are already fading and coming apart at the seams (literally) after only 3 wash/wear cycles! I like the comfort of the material itself, but the workmanship is pretty deplorable. I cannot recommend these shirts to anyone."
