I wish I got this instead of the 900
HDMI 2.1 isnt fully there yet.
4k@60fps is plenty.
I have an CX and 900 and man I wish this thing would get brighter, sucks with windows during the day as well

I previously bought the 65 X900H, but it arrived defective so I sent it back to Costco. I then bought the 75" X900H via Best Buy, but I canceled the order the same thing. Picture quality is key so I wouldn't mind trying out the X950H, but I haven't seen any deals pop up recently. I'm assuming you use the X900H in your living room?

I have the 85 x90 in my living room (Costco version of 900h) and it's great. Turn off energy saver. Dolby vision bright. Not sure the cardinal direction the light is coming from but it works for my purposes very well. I am very pleased with that. Only annoyance is Dolby Atmos is finicky on some apps (especially HBO max)

My mom has the 65 inch version of this. Great tv, super bright and HDR looks nice. I have a 77 a80j and love my Sony as well. This tv does everything well, it's like a jack of all trades.

I wish i could return mine. Black levels are horrible compared to vizio QLED. eArc issues too. Microphone LED on the front of the tv keeps randomly turning on and is bright and sony has been telling me for 7 months there will be an update. Makes you think they are listening to you.

Have the 65 X950H and love it. Was debating between X900H, but I agree with the earlier comment, that HDMI 2.1 is not there yet. eARC was a requirement for me, and the X950H has it, since HDMI 2.1 is not a requirement for it.

Picture quality is definitely the most important aspect when it comes to any TV. I'm fearful that the Sony X900H will never receive that HDMI 2.1 update for VRR etc. It would truly suck if that happens.

Solid TV in the " better) quality category
Does everything well and one would have to spend a lot more to get really noticeable differences

Thought about it however I want that natural sunlight during the day. Is there a temporary option that I can add and remove? Vivid helps with brightness until I go use my OLED and realize what I'm missing out
