My daughter used her savings to by an Apple Watch 4 GPS and there was a gouge in the middle of the glass. Straight on it was hard to see but at an angle it looked pretty deep. She kept it but there are also many people who bought watches with very scratched up faces, but they were able to return them.

Woot sucks. It ain't Amazon. It's a company that Amazon owns with much lower standards.
Good luck retuning any of their junks.

Although I somehow agreed that Woot's stuffs are mostly junks, but I had no issue at all in filing complaints if the items are not as expected. As a matter of fact, they refunded my $$ right away without me needed to return the items (in 2 separate purchases). So..IMHO it might worth to try!

Woot isn't selling these, they are just the storefront. They are actually sold by some tech referbisher out of the Northeast US.
