Mine is a women size. Chat with customers and say I can return it and get the right size. They will honor the sale price. Don't think I trust them after this

Ordered an 8 and 8.5 in mens. Received 1 Womens 8 and 1 Mens 8.5.

Anyone had any success having them honor the sale to get the mens instead of womens?

I got women's shoe as well. Two almost 2 weeks to arrive and now i have to return them. They don't have mens size.
