Not even close . higher CFM and Mph = Better. 520cfm gas jet vs 280 cfm.

Home Depot has the reconditioned unit for $80 that comes with a battery. Factory blemished here with DT is prob better than a reconditioned unit, but the HD option is there if someone needs a battery.

I would recommend the first two in this search link:

Actually, I see no reason to not pick the one with a battery, just $4 more in checkout.
30% off will be applied automatically not until in checkout process.

I got one of these on the last DTO deal with these about 3 weeks ago for the same price. Used it once since and it works pretty good. Had a corded black n decker one that worked just fine but I hated that cord with a passion. So when I got the two Ryobi batteries plus a free tool deal for $100 I had an alert for a blower setup. Am overall pleased with it but I was surprised at how fast it drains the battery. A single battery dropped about 50% from just blowing off my driveway and back patio which aren't very big

Thanks. Needed a leaf blower. Had also been looking at the dual inflator, they have it on sale for $28, so added that. And have been eyeing the caulk gun, and its on sale for $30.

Yeah, just bought this blower too and battery drains really fast. I carry a spare cause I know I'll have to swap it half way through. I'm pleased with the blowing strength and how light weight it is, and love the no cord aspect. Overall happy with my purchase

FYI "Factory Blemished"
Mine was supposed to be factory blemished but I didn't see one single thing wrong or blemished about it. For the savings over brand new I would say it was definitely worth the price. Now I know each case is different and some may be more "blemished" than others

I was in the same boat. B&D works just fine but the cord would ALWAYS get stuck on my truck tires or it was just too short to reach the edge of my driveway. Big upgrade going cordless.

As for the cheap batteries, I'm not sure if HD is still running the 2x 4ah batteries + charger and a free tool deal for $100 but that's how I got started with ryobi. Just keep a lookout for them, ryobi deals come up all the time

280 CFM puts this at nearly 200 cfm lower than the Milwaukee M18 blower, which is already weak compared to the EGO blowers.

This thing is basically going to be good for dust and small leaves, it's not going to be a true blower replacement.

The Greenworks blower was just $100 earlier this week, and that has 730cfm, which means it's a true blower replacement.
