No, you cannot use Target gift cards to purchase third-party gift cards.
"ONLINE EXCHANGE REQUIRED"
meaning that you can't take the gift card directly to the B&M location to use. In fact, I believe the recipient has to make a choice between the selection, and only that store is good. For example, you can't use some at Chipotle and the rest at Lowe's.
I hope I'm wrong, but that exclusion swayed me from purchasing one of those in the past. Still a good deal (10% back plus 5% off via Red Card) if you don't mind the hoops.

For those that have done it, is the procedure pretty much redeem/exchange it for a Lowes egift card to be used online or in-store? How long is the process? I'm planning to spend about $500 in Lowes anyway, so it's still 10% back/off.
Can you please explain how you exchange them online for only one store? I'd find it easier as well just unsure of the process
