I don't know what the heck you bought but this includes 4 games. Maybe you bought a pre-owned copy from GameStop or something and Trine 1-3 were not included. In the physical version Trine 4 is on the cart but the first 3 games are provided as digital activation codes.

Pretty sure you bought a used copy which doesn't include the download code for the first 3 games in which case you were sold 1 game for the price of 4.

I'm referring to the eshop. Did you actually buy it on the eshop and got all 4 games? Even the description only mentions Trine 4.

Although they were talking about the UK store, it happened to me on the US store. It could possibly be a naming issue on Nintendo's part by replicating the name on the physical edition which only has Trine 4 on the cart... but thanks for all the downvotes 🥴

for what its worth the fine print at the bottom says

So if you don't get all 4 games you can probably get a refund

If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you'll find this:

"This bundle includes Trine 1, Trine 2, Trine 3, and Trine 4. Please take care to avoid purchasing each game individually if you purchase this bundle."

...now having said this, it's also only listed as having a 3.3gb file size, which is the size of the fourth game, soooo... yeah--a wee perplexing
