Both have bad airflow and mediocre CPUcoolers that the recommendation is to add a intake fan and replace the CPU cooler. The Asus seems to have 2 more fan headers so that you won't need to use splitters so that that fan throttles based on temp.
I personally like the case of the Dell better, but it's very easy to swap the ASUS parts into another case.
The integrated GPU with the AMD is supposed to be marginally better than the one that comes with the Intel.
That's as far as I can tell what the major differences are. Between the two, I lean towards Asus.
How are the thermals with this solid case that does not appear to have may options for adding fans?
