I would like to make math educational videos. Which device you all recommend to write on the screen? What software to do a screen recording?

if you want to just try it I have used screen cast O matic it does a wateramark for the free version.

Snagit is probably one of the more well known. I would probably skip the freeware stuff since the cost is not very high and commercial stuff is pretty easy to use.

Not sure what you mean by writing on the screen do you mean something like a touch screen or wacom tablet?
