Would love to order this, but my personal chef and the kitchen staff are all on strike, demanding something called "higher wages."

How does Tenderloin compare to New York/Ribeye? I missed the sale on 12lb A5 Ribeye for about the same price as this so wondering why this is half the weight but same cost
