100% aluminum with 0% copper.
Try getting the copper wires.

Doubt these cables are anything other than cheap cat5 or 6 with some better looking connectors on the ends.

They don't mention copper anywhere in the listing which they would if they were copper cables.

Probably banking on most people using these with connections <1gbps so they'd never know the difference and they'll refund the ones that know they're garbage.

Fakespot is a scam.

They use a simple logic like keyword density that is very inaccurate.

They make money from Amazon traffic regardless of their accuracy, and they do not put in any effort beyond the minimum.
Interesting, didn't realize this. What about ReviewMeta, are they in that same boat? Or do they have legitimacy?

28 gauge wire?! There is no way that it's a true CAT7. I'll take a 23 gauge CAT6 over this trash anyday.

I'd take cat 6a over this any day. Cat7 is not an IEEE standard and is not approved by TIA/EIA. add to it that is not copper....I appreciate the effort though.

Hey, this is my review! I came here to spread the news but you beat me to it lol. Avoid these cables - I buy Fluke-tested cables from infinitecables.com and they're excellent.

I'd be cautious of this due to length. 100ft is right at the limit of signal degradation for RJ45, UNLESS things have changed.
100m, not 100ft, and after cat6a that distance is somewhat lower at higher speeds (eg 10gb)

The negative reviews are about how it's not the correct speeds. The positive reviews are fishy in that they don't really make sense and not specific about how fast. Chinese scams are through the roof these days especially on amazon. Would avoid.

What equipment do you have to test it?

Let us all know cause this price is cheaper than that box of 1k feet of CAT6. I only need 50 foot runs in my house and my 5e must have been cheap knock offs from my builder because I can't get over 100mbps no matter what I do (2 testers and got 2 companies to test and still can't figure it out other than running new wires).

I'd be concerned that the test was set up correctly. If there was some degradation in the cable, the reduction of speed is not likely to be 10G to 1G, it's probably going to be some fractionalized speed: e.g. 7.3G, 2.7G or whatever

Incorrect. Standard is 100 meters. Now that's the total length permitted by spec including terminations and patch cables.
