It mentions a promo code and that you have to use a visa both of which I didn't so no idea if I got the promo or not. I did not get a 1 penny reduction in price.

I did it last time. I got the $40 cash card. But I never received that $40 off $250 coupon by email or mail.

I don't have a Costco anywhere near me but occasionally I see online deals I'm interested in. Seems like this would be a good way to be able to buy online without the penalty?
