The Pepsi Made for Football Watching promotion will begin at 12:00 P.M. ET on August 8, 2021.
I scanned QR codes on three different Pepsi products at Walmart and they all took me to this address:

The rules are lengthy and somewhat complicated, so I've just included the abridged version.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE INSTANT WIN GAME: There are two (2) ways to access the Instant Win Game website ("Website") to participate in the Promotion:
Make a Purchase and Scan Code: During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may purchase specially marked packages of any Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, or Zero Sugar Pepsi 12oz. 12pk, 24pk, 36 pk, 20oz, or 15pk mini ("Qualifying Purchase"), while supplies last. Entrant may then scan the Code on his/her Qualifying Purchase. An entrant may center the Code in the camera of his/her mobile device and scan the Code. Once completed, the entrant will be redirected to the Website.

Mail-in Website Request: To obtain a link to the Website without making a purchase, from July 29, 2021 through October 1, 2021, an entrant may legibly hand write his/her full name (no initials), ZIP Code , age, and valid e-mail address on a 3½" x 5" properly stamped postcard and mail it to: The 2021 Pepsi Made For Football Watching Promotion Website Request, P.O. Box 1009, Grand Rapids, MN 55745. Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by October 1, 2021 and received by October 15, 2021. Mail-in requests will not be returned and no further correspondence will be entered into. Mail-in requests must be original and hand-written. No mechanical reproductions are allowed.
E-Mail Website Request: To obtain a link to the Website without making a purchase, from October 2, 2021 through October 15, 2021, an entrant may e-mail [email protected] with entrant's full name (no initials), ZIP Code, and age ("E-Mail Request"). Sponsor will send one (1) Website URL per E-Mail Request by e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the request. There is a limit two (2) E-Mail Requests per day during the Promotion Period.
Regardless of method of accessing the Website (either via a Purchase or Mail-In Request), once on the Website, an entrant must then follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including, but not limited to, his/her first and complete last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, mailing address, date of birth, phone number, zip code, and confirmation entrant has read and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entrant may also select his//her favorite football team. After an entrant has registered, he/she will receive one (1) game play ("Game Play"). After a valid Game Play, the entrant will receive an on-screen notification indicating which prize he/she has potentially won ("Notification"). Entrants who are legal residents of Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont will also be eligible to win prizes in the "North Pool Instant Win Game" and entrants who are legal residents of Alabama, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia will also be eligible to win prizes in the "South Pool Instant Win Game". Other Sweepstakes and Promotions: From time to time, Sponsor reserves the right but not the obligation to allow entrants to use their Points to enter other promotions and/or sweepstakes. Details and official rules for other promotions and sweepstakes, if any, will be posted on the Website.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or proceed with the Promotion, including the selection of winners in a manner it deems fair and reasonable including the selection of winners from among eligible Game Plays received prior to such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension.
HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: To enter the Sweepstakes, an eligible entrant must visit the Website, register for the Promotion, and complete a Game Play as outlined above. An entrant may then enter the Sweepstakes by following the links and instructions to redeem his/her Points for a Sweepstakes entry. One hundred (100) Points are equal to one (1) Sweepstakes entry. Sweepstakes Odds of Winning: The odds of winning an Entry Period Sweepstakes prize ("Entry Period Sweepstakes Prize") depend upon the number of eligible entries received during each Entry Period. The odds of winning a South Pool Sweepstakes Prize depend on upon the number of eligible entries received in the South Pool Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period.
General: Limit one (1) Entry Period Sweepstakes prize and one (1) South Pool Sweepstakes Prize per person. In no event will more than ten (10) Sweepstakes prizes (one [1] per Entry Period) and one (1) South Pool Sweepstakes Prize, be awarded. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: All entrants who receive a winning Notification are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. In no event will more than ten (10) Sweepstakes prizes (one [1] per Entry Period) and one (1) South Pool Sweepstakes Prize, be awarded. If, for any reason, more Sweepstakes prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of Sweepstakes prizes offered, as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of Sweepstakes prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible Sweepstakes prize claims received.
HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: All entrants who receive a winning Notification are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Each potential winner of a prize valued at $600 or more will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) and any other requested documents within five (5) calendar days from the date of attempted notification or the prize may be forfeited in its entirety and awarded to an alternate winner, at the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. If any potential winner is disqualified, determined to be ineligible or found not to be in compliance with these Official Rules, or, if any prize is unclaimed, the prize will be forfeited and, that prize will not be awarded. Each potential winner will receive an Instant Win Notification on screen and via e-mail, after the completion of a winning Game Play. If a prize is forfeited, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries or non-winning Game Plays, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize may not be re-awarded. Game Prizes will be emailed to verified winners at the email address provided at the time of registration within approximately twenty-four (24) hours from the end of the Promotion. Sweepstakes prize winners will be contacted to for prize fulfillment. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Each winner shall be solely responsible for payment of any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes for his/her prize won. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for any winner of a Prize valued at $600 or higher. All other costs and expenses not expressly set forth herein shall be solely each winner's responsibility. The prizes will only be awarded to a verified Winner.

I've added this info at the top of my OP.
There are additional prize pools if you live in certain states - oddly enough most of which don't have professional football teams. If you live in the Northeast you can win some very nice football prizes, if you live in the south east you can win some so-so patio prizes, and if you live west of the Mississippi you're bleeped.
