i did it about 2-3 weeks ago on an HP. Used OEM disc to trigger SLP activation in Win7p, then used the ms win10 download tool to upgrade in-place. Once 10 activated online, did a clean 10 install.

Yes, you can still download the ISO from the Microsoft website, but you have to search for the direct link as MS doesn't advertise it any more.

I paid $2 for Win 10 pro key on ebay. The seller was banned afterwards , lol, but code working fine for a year.
