I was about to mention
60% Cotton | 40% Polyester

I got the 32 Degrees version of this short, it's comfortable but it keeps very hot, I should have gotten something a little thinner, but I like that 32 Degree one has zipper back pocket.

I just checked my local store in Northern VA and I think it was $17, certainly more than this posted deal. It looks like it only comes in a two pack. They only had Large sizes in store though. YMMV.

High cotton of spandex content will typically not dry quickly. Hence why "cotton kills" for outdoor activities. If you want quick dry then look for higher polyester or nylon content.
