In case you weren't aware, when you do your trade in, you can keep the bands and charger. You only need to send in the actual watch.

Charge it up before shipping and take pictures and a video of the watch starting up, just in case.

Edit: also, don't forget to power it down before sealing the box. You don't want the battery to die in case there is a delay in them getting to process your trade.

I am having a similar issue with them for 2 orders. It doesn't show up at all under activity even though they were showing activated. Who knows I will submit Screenshots as well if needed.

I ordered Watch4 and Samsung Buds Pro in the same order this morning. Have the activated message for both. But only the Buds Pro cashback of 30$ is pending while it DOESN'T show anything about the 50$ watch4.
