Valid critic however. Pointing that out helped me quickly know this was a no go for me as well. Cheers 🍻

Works well with my laptop when I dock at home for office work. Easy to set up.
Paid 50 a couple of months ago when I needed it asap. Worth it for me.

Minimally. I have a Logitech backlit BT that last weeks on a single charge. Obviously this depends on the amount of actual use it gets. If you are suing it 10+ hours a day for work… then it's obviously going to last less. But my Logitech backlit vs non-backlight don't have drastically different cycles between charges. Also you may be able to turn off the backlighting if you don't want it on at times.

I use the MK295 keyboard/mouse combo for work, not because of the price, which was very low ($30 retail price), but rather because I need a quiet keyboard and mouse for work. I have to type while on recorded calls for my job, and I need a very quiet keyboard and mouse. But the MK295, probably due to the low price, is not the best typing experience, nor is the mouse the best clicking experience. I just wonder if anyone out there has used this and the Logitech MK295, how it compares with respect to how loud the keyboard and mouse are.

I bought this for around the same price and hated it. The keys were a bit mushy and a bit higher than other chiclet kb's. Not sure about windows, but it was a pain to use on a mac. When it normally disconnects for being idle, it would sometimes take around 10sec to wake itself up. Sometimes it would never wake up after trying for a few minutes.

I returned it and spent ~twice as much (when it was on sale) for the WS2-00025 surface keyboard which feels great and works flawlessly on my mac. ~1 sec wake up. 8-9months of owning it and I still haven't replaced the batteries.
