The See Tomorrow Sweepstakes, Presented by the Contact Lens Institute (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are age 18 or older and the age of majority in their state of residence (19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 years of age in Mississippi) as of the time of entry.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on Monday, August 16, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Friday, September 24, 2021 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
Limit: One (1) Entry per person per day.
There are two (2) Grand Prizes available to be won. Each Grand Prize winner will receive four (4) LA Fitness 1-Year Membership Vouchers*. The total ARV of each Grand Prize is $2,000.
There is one (1) First Prize available to be won. One (1) First Prize winner will receive two (2) LA Fitness 1-Year Membership Vouchers*. The total ARV of the First Prize is $1,000.
There are 400 Second Prizes available to be won. Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) $50 Amazon.com Gift Card. The ARV of each Second Prize is $50.
There is a limit of one (1) prize per winner.

Vouchers will be awarded via email and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Vouchers are good for 1-year memberships for LA Fitness, Esporta or City
Sports Clubs locations (excluding Signature Clubs). Vouchers may be
transferred but must not be resold. Vouchers and voucher holders are subject
to the terms and conditions set forth on each voucher, including, but not
limited to, age restrictions, membership agreement requirements and sales tax
responsibilities.
First Prize: There is one (1) First Prize available to be won. One (1) First Prize
winner will receive two (2) LA Fitness 1-Year Membership Vouchers*. The total
ARV of the First Prize is $1,000. LA Fitness 1-Year Membership Vouchers
will be awarded via email and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Vouchers are
