The 24 packs qualify for the $15 off of $50 making them 48 rolls/ $42 (can also check the other items that qualified to get to $50, trash bags / dish washer detergent / etc. For some reason the 18 pack doesn't qualify for that deal.

I love Costco for everything else but it's well known Kirkland TP is one of the worse you can buy. Sam's Club TP is 1000x better. I literally only keep a SC membership to buy their paper towels and TP over Costco.
